There are many reasons to dislike this book including but not limited to it hitting the core tenets of Male Writing (a teacher has an affair, waffling about physics) but sometimes u have to go with your gut feeling and i was entertained ok.
+ it was actually funny which is rare, esp the automator loved him
+ had some mysteries that were satisfying to uncover
- howard was suchhh a stereotypical character i could not give af about him and aurora or aurelia was the biggest manic pixie dream girlie so starting out with that was a hard sell TO ME and i nearly put it down then and there
- i like that rupert was in shambles after skippy died but the book didnt really spend a lot of time with their friendship or even showed them talking to eachother so. give just 2 conversations pls

- i forgot to read it in an irish accent
