I thought this book was really quite brilliant. I cried several times. I was SO ANGRY at various parts of it, because of the injustice the characters faced. The writing was great; the characterisation was great; the story was beautiful and horrible and challenging and real. I have already recommended this to lots of people and will continue to do so.
