I really skimmed through this book. The beginning was promising but I think I expected a lot more than what I got. The book seemed to emphasize focusing on knowing “why” you get addicted to technology in the first place but not the “how” to overcome, lest you purchase the authors Easyway program . Which, I’m not in opposition too, get your bag however you want, but “How to Break Up With Your Phone” is still, for me, one of my favorite anti digital addiction books
