I haven't read Ella Enchanted since I was a child, though I watch the movie at least once a year. I was surprised how much of the book I had forgotten and how very different it is from the film, hardly a plot point remaining the same.
This story is funny and loveable with many worthwhile lessons woven in. 
This will be a favorite for years to come.
