I liked the writing style but it was slow and didn’t really interest me until all the action started in the last few chapters. I discussed the ending with @ and we both had similar thoughts. The ending didn’t quite make sense to me, I don’t really know how to feel about it? I didn’t ship anyone, Sloane as our heroine was underwhelming and a few things were just too obvious for me which I didn’t like. I went onto Goodreads to do the usual read and rating and saw it had a 1 next to it... meaning there is a sequel?! In all honesty I don’t quite see how that’s even possible having read the book. This book seemed like a sequel because it was set 10 years after the good guys destroy the bad guy so if anything give us a prequel please. It’s not something I would recommend and that does make me sad as I do love Veronica Roth.
