This was fun. Finished the entire series in a month. I blame the fact that I'm just from finishing a Storm of Swords and I couldn't help but compare because the military action here had me so bored and is the reason for my average rating. The cast has so many cool and amazing powers but we mainly saw the events after the battle. I wanted some amazing team-ups like House Maris and Friere combining powers to create steam or Luceras using light, to blind their enemies but NOPE! A girl can only dream
