I have always enjoyed listening, watching, and reading Daniel Howell's insights and humor. However, this book really hit home for a lot of good reasons. While there area few jokes scattered throughout the book, Dan did a really amazing job of highlighting the difficulties and understandings of mental health from depression to anxiety. I cannot emphasize and recommend this enough to be honest.
