Another excellent book by Jory John and Pete Oswald, this time about self-care.
I think that in a world with so many people suffering from depression and anxiety due to their artificial need to be perfect and keep everyone around them in line too, with a great cost in their physical and mental health, this book presents such an important message.
I've said it once and I'll say it again, children's books are so full of messages that adults are in desperate need of. Use children's books to heal your inner child and you'll be surprised in the most pleasant way.
