CAN THEY STOP SAYING "pretend" IN EVERY FCKING CHAPTER

Like omg I think I went into this book with the wrong expectations. I needed a plot, an enemies trying hard to not love each other. But guess what I got? them travelling in 80% of this book with very cute moments. Ok its cute but what was that? did the writer forgot to 'plot' the book before deadline or smth? Yes I got the kiss but I didn't want this much of them Lauren.
Her marketing strategy is basically writing tragic cliffhangers and it does work so kudos to her
