Since this is near the beginning of the series, it's going to have some shaky ground. I don't think Nesbø has quite settled down as to what his style would be just yet, since this is pretty different from Snowman. My biggest problem was the overuse of flashbacks. Just kept things confusing for me. On to the next one.
