Well the first couple chapters I was disappointed usually because the previous two books had already pulled me in by then. But then it got good fast. One of the reasons why I hold this series in high regard is because the emotions presented by the characters throughout the book are real human emotions. Their feelings are complicated and selfish in reason. I love that this book can be read at a deeper level but also at surface level. Sometimes I can think about a chapter for 30 minutes just reflecting on the emotions. Like America’s feeling for Maxium and Aspen it’s a complicated emotion that she has throughout each book. This book series is great. I always seem to finish the book within a few hours.
