Okay, so I've deleted my review because honestly, it wasn't coherent or constructive and I don't want to be shitting on anyone, let alone a debut author who is so young, without at least providing a better explanation to my thoughts.

I also forgot that writing a review doesn't convey the lightheartedness/fun of my negative/rant reviews that I do on my booktube channel. Whilst I still stand by my thoughts, I need to reiterate that I do not intend to be hurtful towards the author or anyone who works hard on the titles I am "bashing". I do those to get my feelings out, slightly more exaggerated because that's the fun of ranting, but goodreads isn't the place for that. Goodreads is a place for my serious, critical and respectful/professional reviews hence why I am removing my previous review.

As I said, I still stand by my belief that this isn't well written and required a lot more editing but at the end of the day, that's just my personal preference and I'm not an editor or publisher. I can only judge based on my personal preference.
I do see a lot of potential in Rachel Cotton and I will happily pick up her next book but unfortunately this title was extremely disappointing and fell incredibly flat for me.
