This weird little group of psychopaths are surprisingly cute and endearing, idk how to explain it 😂  this is definitely insta-love, but something about Adam trying to figure out how to act like a person to be the best he can for Noah, his obsession, that was adorable.  

I immediately started book 2 after finishing this, I’m very into this psycho family for some reason. 

While these aren’t as gory as I expected given it’s about a family of vigilante k1IIers psychopaths, there is a lot of dark material in the storyline so please be cautious and check TWs.

Note: I listened to the audiobook on Hoopla and while I really enjoyed the story, the narration isn’t great. The narrator sounded fine when narrating as Noah, but you know the voice Will Arnett uses to voice Lego Batman? That’s what the narrator sounded like when voicing Adam 💀  thankfully I listen to audiobooks on ~2.25x speed so the voice didn’t bother me enough to keep from listening or listening to the rest of the audiobooks.
