As always, this book was amazing! It has the classic tension and slow burn we love Elsie for, and this one also packed a real emotional punch too. The way that she handled several sensitive topics was wonderful and full of empathy and caring. I think that this might be one of my favourite books of hers yet because of how much heart is packed into it! And I love a couple that keeps showing up for each other even when times get tough 🩷
