I didn't fall in love with this series but I'm willing to give it another chance since I loved the Iron Druid Chronicles so much. My favourite characters are Buck and Nadia, Al was a bit underwhelming after Atticus and I was not at all invested in the main plot point. The trafficking rhetoric also felt very preachy where the environment rhetoric in the original series did not as it made sense with Atticus being a druid and bound to Gaia.
