I never thought The Nutcracker could be adult and spicy... Yet here we are! I loved this book for its creativity, its down to earth main characters, and its exceptional spice.

What I wanted more of was world building! There are so many great teases and snippets of how Faerie works, but unfortunately we don't get to go into much detail. Some subplots and more description would make this 5 stars.

I can't wait to start the next one!
