Memory was such a unique and fantastic character. We haven't seen someone held captive for their powers quite like this, and it made everything feel high stakes throughout the course of the novel.
Aleksi was a great counterpart to Memory, as they were both able to give the other something that they greatly needed in their life. The wolf pack was the right choice, even though I wanted the bear pack!
