I loved this book, even if the ending destroyed me. The first part of the story is slower in order to build the world, explain the creatures and the magic. I fell in love with Andrea. She was a strong female character, but wasn't so cruel to others as so many "badass" female characters are. Draven was her perfect match. I cannot wait for the next book to come out.
