well... in short, i loved it. reading through other people's reviews, i can get why they didn't love it (didn't enjoy how damian was portrayed, thought the romance was too cheesy or fast paced) i get it! i do, but as someone who isn't exactly a hardcore batfam/dc fan (i really only pay attention to teen titans), i enjoyed it a lot.

i also enjoyed the alluding to starfire's story in the near future, and can't wait to be able to read that. teen titans: robin is definitely on my to read list, and i'm excited to see what it holds when it's released!

i would not recommend reading this if you're looking for a superhero story, though, because this really isn't one. more of a "buildup to becoming superheroes with a lot of cheesy romance in between", but it's still enjoyable nonetheless.
