4.5 - this was a really awesome ending to what was originally planned to just be a trilogy! Much better than the second book in my opinion but not as good as the first. It felt like there were honestly too many plot twists and close calls for Darrow which sounds strange but it just got exhausting in my opinion. Never got to see them live life together, thy were either attacking someone or getting ready to attack someone. All in all, glad I finally finished this trilogy, probably won’t keep reading any time soon
