My Very first book by Author Brit Benson and she didn’t disappoint! I’m absolutely floored and enamored with this story. This is one story that will forever be ensnared in my mind.. HEARTBREAK AND HARMONY is an absolute must read if you love a good rockstar romance with a slow burn sexy rockstar vibes and crazy heated moments! 

Ok let’s get into this ! 

TORREN the MMC is the bassist of one of the world's biggest rock bands. This guy has the capability to love and love hard.. but in his life things don’t go as well as they should especially with people who he loves. 

When he runs into the FMC Callie for the first time, (literally) the attraction is instantaneous for both of them. But Callie at first I think was too blinded by his rockstar personality to actually see what was in front of her all along. But they did have the best few days just being Torren and his Firebird ( his nickname for Callie ) Until it all goes up in flames.. everything came to an ugly end. 

Few years later and they are being brought together by the unlikeliest of circumstances.. you see it would appear faith wasn’t done with these two because they would be thrown back together in close proximity for a while .. you see 
Torren wanted Callie help.. it was for her to be his fake girlfriend with fake PDA. 

Despite her hate for him, he makes her a proposition that she couldn’t turn down.
But how will they close proximity and tour together for months without any drama?
And why did Callie have so much dislike for The Group but still agree to help them with their problems. 

TORREN is an absolute rockstar in all aspects of the word, the way he slowly falls in love with Callie.. the supports he gives unconditionally is beautifully heartbreaking and amazingly powerful to read! 

“I’m in love with you. Don’t you know that by now? I’d set myself on fire if I knew you’d rise from the ashes, Firebird. I would do anything for you. I’m in love with you. I’m not going anywhere.”

Callie has always had a crush that turned into hate, and seeing her fall back in love with Torren and realizing her mistakes and actually seeing just how much this man will burn for her was heartwarming!

We're not dissonance. We're harmony, and I have to let myself trust it."

Listen .. I I made a ton of reference about Torren it’s because I freaking love this Character! 
Heck.. I love them all even though I was a bit disappointed and confused with Callie but Lordy my fave had to be her sister! That girl was a hoot and I absolutely 💯 love her. 
Now I can’t wait to dive into the complex enigma that is Jonah, Torren’s best friend whose story might just rip out my heart .. yea but I’m here for it !
