LITERALLY THE BEST. I grew up on Hunger Games/Harry Potter/Etc. and this felt exactly like that! A little more mature, I’ll have to add. The action, the story, and the world-building really draw you in. She lost me a little with some of the s*x scenes, only because I noticed her writing style change slightly, maybe finding some other descriptive words would’ve helped. Otherwise, I love the concept of bonding, and Violet overcoming all these obstacles.
