Quick-paced, fun, and enjoyable. There’s nothing groundbreaking about the book (it is, in point of fact, VERY trope-y) and the writing is pretty terrible, but the story told kept me engaged. And credit where it’s due:
I appreciate that Yarros kills her characters, making the action feel high stakes.
