There are trigger warnings so I would look them up before starting the book. All I would like to say is: be ready for this book to make you laugh and cry, all within one chapter. You'll love it but also hate it because it literally recks your heart when you finish it. Also you will not stop thinking about it until you finish it and even after. Enjoy. 

Also the author's note makes me cry the most.
