Bosch is back and forth between LA and Las Vegas here, tracking how a high-roller money-launder was murdered. He reconnects with his former lover, a disgraced FBI agent who makes her living playing poker. It's a solid read, with typical Connelly setting details and lots of tension. Enjoy!
