This book was pure Enemies-to-Lovers goodness! The slow-burn, banter, & spice were all— *chef’s kiss* perfection. It was also really nice to see the other members of the Core group riff off of Josh and Jules respectively, specifically Alex (and to a lesser extent, Ava). Like thank GOD Alex was finalllly allowed to show us some range after 3 gd books lol, I actually liked him here (as opposed to simply tolerating him)
