Anne of Windy Poplars by L.M. Montgomery

Perfect! Perfect, perfect, perfect as always!

Yes, the book has got a rather "slow tempo" and ain't loaded with much action or shocking plot twists, but is just lovely. And though there is a main character, I fell each chapter - or a small group of chapters, two or three in a row maybe - is a tale, so don't expect a big story with just one outcome, but multiple ones.

I can't help but fall a little more in love with life everytime I finish one of Anne's books. They make me believe life can be as wonderful as this..., filled with kindhearted interesting people and fairy dusks or walks to the graveyard... Sometimes I wonder if we're just looking in the wrong places and it's all there waiting for us.
