After reading some of the reviews on here about this book, i was surprised to find it as enjoyable and moving as i did. I went through a whole heap of emotion throughout the book, especially in the second half. The character progression was slow but executed well, a few times I found myself with a lump in my throat. I adored Belle, Rosie and Tess' friendship but it would of been nice to see more interaction with Nate and Belle to see their chemistry and connection more in depth, which unfortunately takes away abit of the romance aspect of this book.
However I felt the plot twist half way through was ruined because your actually told in the blurb what to expect here, which I found disappointing. I spent the first half of the book confused because I knew the ex was dead but was wondering how everyone else was able to see and interact with him like he was a normal living human. The reveal as to why this is blew my mind though and was completely out there.
Overall this was a really powerful read about love, loss and moving on, i admit i may of shed a tear in the end but I deducted 1/2 a star off because of the twist being ruined and also because of the fact that some parts were slightly way over the top unrealistic.
