Really, just excellent. A brilliant book, that really drives home the major themes of the series. That of Love, Loyalty, and Life that's worth living. This book is also better paced than Golden Son, having in my opinion, more, and better down moments, that really flesh out the characters.

I'm not quite sure if this is the masterpiece that it's proclaimed it to be, but I want to immediately read it again, which does say a lot. I think I won't know for sure until I read the Sequel Series, but I am making it a high priority
