"Then I went back to writing and I entered far into the story and was lost in it."

As much as it is a love letter to Paris, it is a love letter to writing.

I was moved so deeply by everything Hemingway wrote about writing. "A Moveable Feast" is a memoir, a collection of short stories, inspired by his life and acquaintances.

I love Hemingway's writing. It never ceases to grasp my heart and rip it open to the sky. His writing feels like freedom and innocence, tarnished by the years of struggle that gave a new perspective to the youth we look back onto.
