YES I FINALLY PICKED IT UP AND IT WAS EVERYTHING I WAS PROMISED.
If you're looking for a comprehensive well-written review then go away cause this is just me blabbering. First of all, the world-building? Chef's kiss. The characters? I TREASURE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. Seriously, you gotta love Tea and Fox they're my all-time favourite characters and duo which is why I'm a little heartbroken over that last chapter cause ahhhh what happened?
The story is told in dual timelines which is my favourite part of this book. One timeline is the past and the other is the present where Tea is damn powerful and revengeful and good lord I need the second book to know what happened in between these timelines.
Can't wait to pick up the next book!
