the kingdom of copper bored me and destroyed me and entertained me all together.
this book radically changed the opinions i had on all the characters, i hated people that i loved in tcob (coff coff dara coff coff) and completely fell in love with the same characters that i found kind of superfluous (forgive me ali and jamshid my babies ily)

the main difference with the city of brass (and also the reason why i gave this a 4 star rating instead of 4.5) was the central part of the book. like was ALL that politics of the kingdom and the bloody history and hate between daevas, shafits and geziris REALLY necessary? it could have been reduced to 200ish pages instead of 400.

but anyways i have no idea what i'll do when this trilogy will end because rn i just want to transmigrate to daevabad and infiltrate into the court <3 the vibes and this story will be forever in my mind and heart
