This book…5 stars can’t even explain it. It was a love letter to every red rising fan… the callbacks. The unlikely friendships to how the POVs converged. It was beautiful and I feel like this is closest I’ll ever be to the characters minds. Darrow’s pov took me back to the og trilogy, so intimate. The plot, dialogue, and just dynamics were just so good. Character moments especially. It was hope and healing through the dark but at the same time, it also ripped out my heart out. I cried so bad and I still am, damn you Pierce Brown. DAMN YOU!
