The Winner's Kiss by Marie Rutkoski
5.0
Such a marvellous end to a somewhat hazardous trilogy.
There were moments when I didn’t want to finish this series - parts I found too dull, too tiresome, too much to continue. There was a lull for me. However, this instalment woke me right up.
Admittedly, the beginning of this last instalment was not quite so good as the rest of the story, but once we got into the nitty gritty of it all, “The Winner’s Kiss” was a beautiful composition of battle, strategy, humour, romance, wit, learning, forgiveness, and so many other human emotions and courses of action.
And can I just say - FINALLY Kestrel and Arin - FINALLY
