The first 50% of the book was amazing!!! The second 50% was awful!

I loved both MCs and their tension and animosity towards one another! You knew they’d only be able to fight it for so long. But then all the sudden the switch flipped and the ILY came wayyyy too soon for the flow of the story and the characters’ building relationship. The 3rd act break up was absurd!!!! And the HEA was just cheesy!
