given the long wait time for the book at my local library, i had high expectations for this book. however, i was slightly disappointed.
the entire book was essentially about the author and the murderer trapping each other, wanting a confession each. the book felt repetitive, and as someone that is a huge fan of thrillers, i could not bring myself to read this continuously. nevertheless, i enjoyed how there was “a book inside a book”, but i don’t think i will be picking up such a book anytime soon :(
