Notes from Walnut Tree Farm by Roger Deakin

5.0

An immersion into Suffolk life as Roger Deakin prepares to write Wildwood. Compiled from his diaries and published posthumously the journey through his world is gentle, interesting and inviting.
This has been my bedtime reading and I couldn’t have read more slowly so keen to keep the mood going that his observations, musings and writing evokes.
