This book just SHATTERED me. It’s so devastating. I’ve felt every single page. I’ve laughed so hard, I’ve cried even harder. Everything about this book is just so good, and not only because I can unfortunately relate to Sloan’s situation, but because you can see the author poured her whole heart into it and wrote it with a friend on her mind (and in her heart). And so this book actually does reach the soul. It did, for me, and I feel whole and better for it.
