Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare
4.0
I've been so sad and happy at the same time since I finished this book. I think it's getting bad.

It picks up right where the first book left off.
The Clave now finally knows who the real enemies are and now they have to stop them. especially the Magister who still tries to locate and find Tessa for him to make his evil plans work.
This book is a mix of being plot-driven and character-driven. I got bored with the writing style. I do not like long chapters because they seem hard to get through, so I had a little struggle with reading the first half. But despite that, things got always interesting, engaging, and emotional. I also tend to love the other half and parts of it. (especially the ending *screams*)
The characters here are so lovable, well except for the antagonist eh. And I feel like some of them had character developments, which I adored. and some had not been improving. although all these characters carry the story!
Now to the part with a lot of screaming and rambling (please forgive me in advance) ~
Will, let's start with the character who hurt me the most... I JUST WANT TO HUG HIM AND CUDDLE HIM SO BAD! He's so aksjdfghjss and his backstory omg (i won't like to spoil anything). As you can see, my feelings for him aren't sorted yet. William, you deserve the world. ILYSB
excuse me as i shed my damn tears away

"He’s very pretty. For a human."
"He’s very broken,” said Magnus. “Like a lovely vase that someone has smashed. Only luck and skill can put it back together the way it was before."
"It's too late," she said.
"Don't say that." His voice was half a whisper. "I love you, Tessa. I love you.”
