Dev is the leader of The Forgotten. He is surprised to find a woman at death's door left on his doorstep with no memory. It was effectively wiped. Katya is slowly getting her memories back as she spends time with Dev and heals, learning that she is a woman who was targeted because of information she had by a leader in the Psy Council.
She has been programed with a task, that she doesn't have the heart to do the more she learns about Dev, and what he does to fiercely protect his people. Their chemistry is amazing, and I loved this a whole lot. Highly recommend.
