i’m a french bac student and we worked on scene IV of act III at school.. to say this text and story in general stuck with me ever since would be an understatement. this play is so frivolous and sweet and funny all whilst having a really deep and important message about social classes and social constructs. i love marivaux’s style and humor i love all the characters and their delirious actions i just love this play more than i can say<3
