What a gem of a book, was looking for another book but my favorite book shop just got this Gem today.

Some new and interesting fermentation drinks from around the work with easy to follow instruction, history of certain drinks. Also new techniques I like to try too. Loved some of the history of fermentation with human civilization growth. Can't wait to start but need sleep and then Kombucha making starts tomorrow.

So recommended this to beginners to advanced skilled fermenters. Just honestly could not put it down. Read in 5hrs (includes vid call to mum to talk about the book).
