Claimed by the Horde King by Zoey Draven
5.0
Re-Read: 02/04/22
4.9 stars.
Fuck me.
I completely forgot how soulcrushingly sad this book was.
I was sobbing through at least half of the book.
These two are perfect for each other and they love one another so much it hurt to see. But Seerin is a Vorakkar who feels like he doesn’t deserve the title because of his harsh upbringing on the streets of Dathik. And he loves nothing more than his horde.
So taking a human Morakkari is impossible from him. He just can’t make himself stay away from her.
This was beautiful. But totally and completely heartbreaking through most of it.
I forgot just how much so until I was snorting everywhere and my eyes were red and swollen and blurry from the many tears.
It’s worth the pain, but fuck me there is a lot of pain.
