Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston

This book was super hyped by all of my friends and I had no idea what it was about but I jumped in nevertheless.

And wow it did NOT disappoint. From the very beginning I had a gut feeling this would be a five star review because everything about his book was super amazing!

Bi disaster: CHECK
Handsome gay: CHECK
Soft boys in love: CHECK CHECK CHECK
Squabbly but loving siblings: CHECK
Super amazing girl gang: HELL YES CHECK

And this book went beyond all that. Every single character made my heart beat fast because they were all just so freaking perfect in every single way. By perfect I don't mean that they weren't flawed, they were just written perfectly. The plot was amazing and had a good chunk of politics in it too, something I'm usually running away from, but this book made it bearable? My parents would be super proud.

I was full on sobbing at one point ecause no part of this romance is easy and people are hella bent on destroying them but somehow my soft boys make it out and my heart was melting. Oof.

Such a beautiful book, must read for all Contemporary lovers!!
