OMG what a roller coaster I don't even know where to begin as I review this novel this has become an instant favorite of mine I'm so excited for the sequel that I can't sit still XD now I'm trapped in the abyss of waiting from the beginning of the novel I felt a kinship Cata and later with Fergus as the story progressed I felt closer to them the horrors they suffered the scars they bear resonated with me but I'm getting off topic this story is a well-written thrill ride that kept me guessing and second guessing from start to finish and the twists really threw me for a loop each time this story goes to show the darkest most terrifying place you can ever visit is your own mind this in my humble opinion is an instant classic I can't wait for the second book to be released needless to say this is a series that will stay with me for years to come I would recommend this book this book to everyone it's a great novel if you're thinking about whether or not to read this novel and are sitting on the fence like a lot of novel lovers do from time to time my personal opinion is this is a great novel and you should definitely read it I thoroughly enjoyed it and I feel it's a beautifully well-crafted thriller that will keep you guessing from start to finish, the characters were well written and instantly relatable. sorry if my review seems a bit jumbled it's been a long time since I've written one I wasn't sure how to go about it I hope this review was helpful at the very least
