This book gave me trust issues. I actually read it more or less in one sitting because the plot and your perception of characters were both so all over the place that it was a constant case of 'wait, now I need to see what's going on this time.'

I actually really enjoyed it though, right up until the climax...if you can call it that. It just felt so incredibly anticlimactic after all the build up that I just felt nothing??? 

Also Scarlett annoyed me as a character, but I HATED Tella. More or less the only characters I did really like were Julian and Jovan.
