If you're looking for a light hearted, funny, relatable book, this is the one. I read it in a day and found myself enthralled by Simon and his struggle as a teen. Many of his experiences were the same ones I struggled with back in high school, and still struggle with today. Everyone yerns for acceptance from our loved ones and I think this book plays out the struggle and thought process many of us in the LGBTQ+ community go through as we grow older.

It's so sweet, and funny, and a must read.
