I loved this extra little addition to Sorcery of Thorns. Silas is still a top tier character and I feel like I loved him even more in this novella. I also loved finding out more about Nathaniel's backstory and his life before Elisabeth. I love how their relationship developed, but the magic and libraries were still a focal point of the world. It was so nice to have more of these characters and I'm really glad I read this so shortly after finishing the main book.
