I am avid monster romance reader and writer. And Freydis is a friend but thèla's work has been on my radar for a while and I just got a chance to sit and read it. This is excellent. The writing style is surreal and almost fairytale like and I love how unapologetic Latinx and trans it is. Also the sex is hot af and the Angel Ariel is a throwback to OG biblical angels in the best way. I will recommend this for people who loved Cemetary Boys by Aiden Thomas but was thirsty for something a little more adult.
