Audiobook listen (it’s duet)! I spaced out my listening of this which I think hurt me in the sense of staying invested in the story. It was a silly, fun holiday romance that sprinkled in some serious topics. Some parts got a little bit too silly for me but I did laugh a few times so I’ll give it that. Characters felt immature for them being nearly 40. I get what the book was going for but I think it just wasn’t for me, especially as someone who doesn’t love holiday romances.
